1. Free consultation for new clients. 2. Clients receive written literature, including a service agreement that describes services and fees. 3. Our business is conducted with honesty and integrity. 4. We carry bonding and liability insurance, with additional "care, custody and control" coverage for pet's in our care. 5. We avoid contact with other animals outdoors. 6. All of our Pet Care Specialists are thoroughly trained. 7. We provide the primary care for animals in our charge (no sharing responsibilities with neighbors). 8. We maintain a membership with Pet Sitters International (PSI). 9. We have successfully completed our accreditation through Pet Sitter's International Accredited Pet Sitter Program. 10. We care about the quality of service we provide and all clients are asked to complete an evaluation form.
